- IP Address .
- Folder under the user login .
- Username and password to log into the FTP server that .
c . Click OK .
2 . Data Archive website
a. Go to Home > Backup Manager .
b . Click Back Up .
c . Enter the necessary information :
- Backup file name prefix and description: backup file name is automatically created and can not be changed . However, can direct some additional information on the file name directly .
Note: The backup file name by default will create a file containing the date and time .
- Comments : additional notes needed for the backup file content .
- Create multivolume backup : in case of need to store data too large , split file size will be easier to store . Enter a split file size in cell volume size , in megabytes .
- Store backup files: specify where to store the backup file . There are two methods of storing backup files :
+ Can be stored directly on the server hosting ( however, this will direct store costs a lot less storage space hosting package ) . Select the repository where you would like to store the backup file .
- Store separately via a FTP server ( FTP server configured separately in section above)
- Backup content : type of data will be stored . There are two types of storage : store only configuration domain ( web configuration , DNS , Mail , ... ) and save before the entire configuration and website content ( web code , databases , ... ) .
- When the backup task is completed , send notification e - mail to : data backup results (success or error ) will be notified on email address in this section .
d . Click Back Up : archiving process will begin . a progress bar will appear that the process took place to store it. When the archive process is finished, the file will be saved to the storage location specified in the configuration . And an email notification will be sent ( if specified in the configuration )
3 . Scheduling storage time
a. Go to Home > Backup Manager :
b . Click the Scheduled Backup Settings .
c . Select the Activate this backup task and enter the required information :
- Period Cycle Storage Backup , Storage Start backup time .
- Name of file storage .
- Ways to storage ( storage splitting if needed )
- Where to store the backup file .
- Maximum number of backup files stored in the repository : enter the maximum number of archives stored before the oldest file is deleted
- E - mail notification on backing up errors : specify when an error occurs during the backup process , an email will be sent to this email address .
- Backup Content : type of data stored ( configuration of the domain , or both web and database code )
d . Click OK .
4 . Recover Data
a. Go to Home > Backup Manager
b . Click on the names you need to restore archived files .
c . Enter the necessary information :
- Restore Options : type of data will be restored ( domain configuration ( Configuration domain ) web code ( Virtual host content ) , Mail , Databases ) .
- Send an e - mail notice khi restoration task is completed . Send email notification when the recovery process is complete
- Conflicts resolution policy. While there are ways to handle conflict in the process of recovering data ( duplicate / missing data , discrepancies day now ... )
d . Click Restore .
If an error occurs during the data recovery process , a dialog box will appear to give the appropriate treatment . Choose an appropriate solution and follow the subsequent instructions to complete the recovery process data .
Note : The Overwrite data hồi mode: all kinds of data will be restored overwrite existing data on the domain regardless of the current status of the domain :
- If the data objects stored in the file does not exist in the current system , that data will be creating new content in archives .
- If data objects coexist in parallel file systems to store and present data stored in the file will replace the data object in the current system .
- If the data object exists in the current system , but not in file storage , the data objects are kept unchanged .
5.Quan of archives
Upload file onto Server 5.1 backup
a. Go to Home > Files > Backup Manager .
b . Click Upload Files to Server Repository .
c . Click Browse and select the file to upload .
d . Click OK , the backup file will be uploaded to the backup folder on the server hosting the domain name .
Download file backup from Server 5.2
a. Go to Home > Files > Backup Manager .
b . Click the icon corresponding to the backup file want to download .
c . Choose a location to save the file and click OK , the backup file will be downloaded from the computer server hosting .
5.3 Delete files from the backup server
a. Go to Home > Files > Backup Manager .
b . Mark files to be deleted .
c . Click Remove.
d . Confirm the delete and click OK .
